Zhonghao is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology at Cornell University. His research focuses on the formation and consequences of social networks. In particular, he explores this common thread in two areas: (a) interpersonal relationships and mental health across different age groups, and (b) online interactions on social media platforms. Zhonghao received his B.A. in Sociology from Tsinghua University and his M.A. in Sociology from the University of British Columbia. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, board games, and cooking.
